Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Chamber. By using Chamber, creating an account, or clicking an assent control that references these terms, you agree to them.
Who may use Chamber
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Chamber. If you use Chamber on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
The service Chamber provides
Chamber is a programmable feed service. Users can define weighted chambers, discover or attach sources, compile feeds, record feedback, and optionally share chambers with other users or by public link. Chamber may add, remove, or change features at any time, especially while features remain in beta or active development.
Accounts and security
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You must promptly notify the Chamber operator if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You retain whatever rights you hold in the prompts, notes, chamber definitions, feedback, and other material you submit to Chamber. You grant Chamber a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, analyze, transmit, and display that material as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.
If you choose a shareable chamber setting, you authorize Chamber to make the relevant chamber specification and any public feed snapshot available to the audience implied by that setting.
Acceptable use
You may not use Chamber to:
- Break the law or violate the rights of others.
- Interfere with, disable, probe, or disrupt the service or its security.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest Chamber or third-party content in violation of law, contract, or technical restrictions.
- Upload malware, spam, fraudulent content, or material intended to abuse model providers, publishers, or other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, tokens, chambers, source catalogs, or internal systems.
- Misrepresent Chamber output as guaranteed factual, professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Third-party content and services
Chamber surfaces content from third-party publishers and may rely on third-party infrastructure and model providers. Chamber does not own those publishers’ materials, does not guarantee their accuracy or availability, and is not responsible for third-party sites, policies, or outages. Your use of third-party content or integrations may also be governed by separate third-party terms.
Intellectual property in Chamber
Chamber, including its software, interface design, branding, and non-user content, is owned by the Chamber operator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant only a limited right to use the service, not ownership of it.
Termination and suspension
Chamber may suspend or terminate access at any time if reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, address security risk, comply with law, protect the service, or enforce these terms. You may stop using Chamber at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including license, disclaimer, liability, and dispute-related provisions, survive termination.
Disclaimers
Chamber is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Chamber does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, source availability, model output quality, or that the service will meet every need. Feeds, categorizations, source suggestions, and other outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Chamber operator and its affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to Chamber. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of those parties for any claim arising out of or relating to Chamber will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid to Chamber, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
Chamber may update these terms from time to time. If Chamber makes a material change, Chamber may update the effective date above and use reasonable notice through the site, the product, or account communications. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
Questions
Questions about these terms should be sent to the Chamber operator using the contact information made available with the service.
Chamber’s Privacy Policy also applies to your use of the service.
